Crown Commercial Service (CCS) - Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 (DOS7) framework

Voror Health Technologies Ltd has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM1043.9 Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 framework - Lot 3 (Digital Specialists).

The framework enables public sector organisations (including SMEs) to easily procure trusted suppliers to deliver compliant digital, data, and technology services in line with government policies, standards and best practices without needing a full tendering process.

The scope of the framework contract supports delivery across the full lifecycle, including discovery, alpha, beta, live and retirement.

Under DOS7 Lot 3, Voror provides public sector organisations access to our digital specialists to provide expertise and specific skill sets to existing teams for defined projects and services.

Standards exceeded! - Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) 2025

DSPT 'Standards Exceeded' is the highest achievement level in the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT), indicating that we have not only met all data security requirements ('Standards Met') but that we also hold a current Cyber Essentials PLUS (CE+) certification, which proves rigorous external validation of our data protection policies and systems. This status demonstrates our strong commitment to data security, going beyond basic compliance to show ongoing resilience against cyber threats.

Voror are very pleased to announce that we have been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud14 agreement - all public sector organisations can use this agreement to buy cloud-based computing services such as hosting, software and cloud support, including many off-the-shelf, pay-as-you-go cloud solutions.

"Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2019/20, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits worth over £1bn - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers."

Voror successfully applied to G-Cloud 14 for Lot 3 Cloud Support for the Voror Health Platform and Voror Cloud Support.

Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT)

Voror have again successfully completed the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) certification - "The Data Security and Protection Toolkit is an online self-assessment tool that allows organisations to measure their performance against the National Data Guardian’s 10 data security standards. All organisations that have access to NHS patient data and systems must use this toolkit to provide assurance that they are practising good data security and that personal information is handled correctly." - www.dsptoolkit.nhs.uk/

Statement from consortium members

“Let’s take the 2022 published NHS and Department of Health and care strategies, the current programmes of FDP, Frontline Digitisation and Secure Data Environment, then let’s look at what would be helpful, today, in an ICS to provide real time patient data for Direct Care, Integrated Care Planning, Patient Flow , Population Health, ICS planning, Workforce and Research, this tells us an interesting story.
So while we are grateful that the FDP process brought a number of us suppliers together to look at five elements of the FDP, what it actually did was help us understand what we already bring to the market, how we might do that better as a collaborative and what can we build on top of what we already have that would help ICSs and the country at a strategic and local level. Meanwhile continuing to invest in the UK, jobs, R&D and knowledge sharing.
Since the publication of our bid in the FT, we have had some very interesting and helpful approaches by large, small, UK and international suppliers that has really opened our minds to thinking how the current consortia may enhance its offering and come to market with something that is broader than the current FDP remit, and that’s where we are. We are looking deeply at potential partners, our offering and will look to announce our plans in the summer.
There is a difference in this approach in that there will be public sharing of all APIs, information models and ontologies, with adherence to NHS standards where they exist and proposed approaches where they do not. The effect of this will be a creative commons that will accelerate progress towards the objectives that we all share.”

Voror joins a consortium to bid for £480 million NHS health data platform contract

Voror has joined forces with Eclipse and Black Pear to take on US company Palantir in a bid to provide a new operating system for the whole NHS. Voror and the other consortium members aim to provide the NHS with a safer and more secure system at a fraction of the cost.
